Referee Platform Terms

Summary template for referees. This should be reviewed by a legal professional and relevant County FA or league before use.

1. Status of referees

• You act as an independent match official, not an employee of the platform.
• You are responsible for your own registration, insurance and tax.

2. Compliance

• You agree to comply with the Laws of the Game and FA/league regulations.
• You will maintain appropriate DBS and safeguarding training where required.

3. Appointments and payments

• As the appointment system is developed, details of fees and any platform commission will be explained before use.
