One2OneFootballCoach is designed as a connection platform. It helps parents and players find suitable self-employed coaches and, in time, referees, while keeping roles and responsibilities clear.

• Three portals: Player & Parent, Coach, and Referee.
• Coaches and referees are independent contractors, not employees.
• The platform focuses on listings, structure, and – later – bookings and payments.
• Safeguarding and FA alignment are central design principles.
