Safeguarding statement
One2OneFootballCoach takes safeguarding seriously. The platform itself does not employ coaches or referees, but it is built to support good practice and help users make informed choices.
Key principles
- Coaches and referees are asked to declare appropriate FA qualifications, DBS checks and safeguarding training.
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children and deciding whether a coach is suitable.
- Any concerns about behaviour, welfare or safety should be reported immediately to the platform and, where relevant, to the appropriate club, County FA, school or statutory authority.
This statement is not a complete safeguarding policy. Users should also follow current FA, league and club policies and any legal guidance from government or safeguarding bodies.
