Player & Parent Platform Terms
This is a template overview. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before you rely on it.
1. Role of the platform
- The website provides an online platform where self-employed coaches advertise their services.
- Coaches are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the platform.
- Any coaching agreement is between you and the coach directly.
2. Safeguarding
- Coaches are asked to declare an FA coaching qualification and a current DBS check.
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children and deciding whether a coach is suitable.
- Concerns about behaviour or welfare should be reported to the platform and, where appropriate, to the relevant club, County FA or authority.
3. Ratings
- Parents and players may rate sessions. Individual feedback may be kept anonymous to coaches; only overall ratings are shown.
- You agree not to post abusive, discriminatory or defamatory comments.
4. Payments
- Where bookings are taken through the website, the platform may deduct a service fee before passing funds to coaches.
- Details of prices, cancellation deadlines and refunds will be shown before you confirm a booking.
5. Data protection
- Your data is processed in line with the website Privacy Policy.
- You may use a first name or nickname for the player instead of a full legal name.
